This workshop is a gentle (and fully clothed) introduction to female pleasure. Offering a safe, educational, FUN and supportive space with other women to learn about our bodies and unpick some of the myths, taboos, shame and cultural messages that impact on our relationship with our ourselves and our experience and understanding of sex and pleasure.

Emma Rose Lowe is a Senior Tantra Yoga Teacher, experienced coach, teacher trainer and facilitator, specialising in sex, menstrual health and female pleasure and is skilled at creating safe, supportive environments.
You will be guided through somatic movement to support your pelvic and womb wellbeing, a very gentle feminine connected breathwork practice, a deeply healing yoni nidra meditation and be empowered with a wealth of new knowledge to enhance your relationship with your inherently sexual, sensual, magical self that will leave you gasping and giggling for more!
Suitable for Women or people in oestrogen based bodies of all ages (adults only)
